The DCU Career Mentoring Programme connects second-year students with alumni mentors for a structured six-month mentorship, normally running from November to April. Matches are made based on course, career interests and professional expertise to create relevant learning relationships.

• Practical employability support, with alumni sometimes offering a work-shadowing day or extended sessions focused on employability skills.
