Overview

The HBLF International X Mentor Program is a one-year, tailored mentoring program for leadership and professional development. Experienced female and male leaders mentor professionals from various sectors, and mentor–mentee pairs are expected to hold at least ten meetings during the program.

What the program offers

• Tailored mentoring: a one-year collaboration with a mentor to support career and leadership goals.
• Flexible meetings: meetings can take place in person or online.
• Experienced mentors: mentors include women and men from various sectors.
• Expected commitment: mentor–mentee pairs are expected to have at least ten meetings.
• Inclusivity: the program was originally launched to support women leaders but has been open to male applicants since 2023.
