Overview

DEMA1N.org is the digital mentoring platform run by the Article 1 association. It freely connects volunteer mentors with young people, notably students, to support their academic success and professional integration. Mentors are supported and trained by Article 1's teams.

For young people

Mentoring provides one-to-one support to clarify study and career choices, regain or maintain motivation, and ease the steps toward an internship or employment. It also promotes understanding workplace norms and building a network useful for integration.

For mentors

The scheme relies on volunteer mentors: they are supported and trained by Article 1 and share their experience to help young people in their educational and professional paths.
