Objectives and audience
Talentueuses is a support program from the National Institute of Public Service designed for women in the public service who are likely to move into a first functional management role. The program brings together 100 participants from the state, territorial and hospital public services.
Format and content
Over a period of nine months, the program combines several modalities to work on posture, leadership and preparation for future management responsibilities:
- 9 days of collective training;
- Individual coaching;
- Co‑development workshops;
- Individual mentoring sessions.
What participants can expect
Through a mix of collective input and personalized support, participants strengthen their managerial posture, clarify their career plans and prepare concretely to assume management responsibilities within the public service.
