The Femmes & Sciences program of Université Paris‑Saclay supports doctoral candidates at the start of their scientific careers by offering individual and collective support to reflect on their career paths.

What the program offers

Participants are matched with experienced professionals from the public or private sector and take part in a range of professional development activities:

one-to-one mentor–mentee meetings,
professional development workshops,
group meetings and networking time.
