This programme from ESSEC Alumni / ESSEC is intended for ESSEC students who want to be mentored by an alumnus or alumna.

A structured relationship

For 2026–2027, ESSEC plans two cohorts: December 2026–June 2027 and March–September 2027.

What the support includes

• The matching period lasts six months, with roughly one exchange per month and three required meetings.
• The MENTORING by ESSEC platform includes messaging and video meetings; the programme page reports a community of more than 180 mentors.
