About the program

The Inalco Alumni mentoring program pairs third-year students, master's interns or recent graduates with alumni who have at least five years of professional experience. Pairs meet over six to eight months for structured, personalized exchanges.

Process

Usual duration: six to eight months.
Meeting frequency: pairs typically hold three to six meetings.
Format: one-on-one meetings focused on the mentee's professional project.
