The Inalco Alumni mentoring program pairs third-year students, master's interns or recent graduates with alumni who have at least five years of professional experience. Pairs meet over six to eight months for structured, personalized exchanges.
Process

- Meeting frequency: pairs typically hold three to six meetings.
- Format: one-on-one meetings focused on the mentee's professional project.
