IFOD provides a 30-hour programme, “Develop mentoring within an organisation”, aimed at HR departments, Learning & Talent teams and corporate development professionals. It covers mentoring strategy, objectives and KPIs, mentor selection and training, matching, governance, internal communication, programme management, impact evaluation and continuous improvement. The stated goal is to make participants autonomous in creating a structured mentoring programme.
