Its website reports around 1,000 employees, more than 3,000 partner consultants and 250,000 people trained worldwide each year.
Mentoring
Cegos offers a “Become a Mentor” course that can be delivered in-company and tailored to organisational needs. It covers the mentor role, programme structure, objective setting, success indicators, mentoring agreements, mentoring meetings and evaluation.
