RIL – Finnish Association of Civil Engineers runs RIL Mentoring 2026–2027 for students, young professionals, specialists and leaders in the built environment sector, using mentoring as the core format. RIL structures its mentoring offer into four tracks for different career stages. The programme uses both pairs and small groups over a period of approximately nine months.
