Aalto International Talent Program connects international master's and doctoral students and participating companies through a structured mentoring offer from Aalto University. The programme has operated since 2020 and uses small-group mentoring with companies. In 2026 it involved more than 170 students and 18 companies; the organiser reports more than 1,000 students and over 40 companies historically.
