Player Mentoring Programme
Player Mentoring Programme connects young elite football players through a structured mentoring offer from JPY – Finnish Football Players’ Association. The players' association runs mentoring for young elite footballers. In 2025 the documented programme had 12 mentors and 18 mentees, and funding for the 2026 programme has been confirmed.
