A mentor does not always need to be someone with many more years of experience. Peer mentoring is based on support between people at a similar stage of life, education, or career, making it easier to exchange experiences, adapt to a new environment, and learn from one another.

Mutual Mentorship Programme 2026

Mutual Mentorship Programme 2026 is an international mentoring initiative from Swedish Dialogue Institute for the Middle East and North Africa for participants from Europe and the MENA region selected for the Swedish Dialogue Institute programme. A one-year mutual-mentoring model in which participants from Europe and MENA work in pairs while each person takes both mentor and mentee roles.
