The annual Mentoring Alumni UPF program connects alumni with established professional careers with third- and fourth-year students and recent graduates (bachelor's, master's or doctoral). Former students who want to reorient their careers can also participate. The mentor supports the mentee in defining professional goals and in the path to achieve them through their experience and knowledge of the sector.
