Leadership for a Job is organised by KPMG España / Fundación KPMG / Fundación Integra. The mentoring relationship provides individual support to a clearly defined participant group and aims to strengthen autonomy, guidance, inclusion or employability according to participants' needs.
Participants
People in vulnerable situations or at risk of social exclusion who are working towards employment with Fundación Integra.
Leadership for a Job is structured as six months of individual mentoring between KPMG partners or directors and people supported by Fundación Integra.
