Program description

The Programa Mentoring Deusto Business Alumni is a peer mentoring space among alumni designed to support reflection on professional decisions and challenges. It is aimed at experienced professionals who want to grow, reinvent themselves, take on new responsibilities, become entrepreneurs, or validate their next career step.

How it works

The program lasts approximately six months and includes several sessions between mentor and mentee. The selection process and peer matching are managed by the association, which supports the pairing and monitors the process.
