The "get your career staRTed" Mentoring Program at Reutlingen University connects international students with experienced mentors to discuss careers, professional life in Germany and intercultural or work‑related questions. The format is flexible and can take place online or in person.

Structure

Frequency: At least three meetings per semester.
Typical meeting sequence:
- Introductory meeting to clarify expectations and questions.
- Visit to the mentor's workplace (where possible).
