The mentoring program of the Faculty of History and Art Studies at LMU is aimed at excellent early-career researchers and supports their career development. A particular focus is on groups who are underrepresented in academic leadership positions or who may face structural disadvantages.

Duration
The funding is initially granted for two years and can be extended by one more year.
