Mentees are selected on the basis of the quality of submitted applications and in line with LMU's diversity principles. The programme is overseen by a mentoring committee and operates together with the hosting institutes to administer approved funding and associated project arrangements.

Practical notes

Funding is intended to directly benefit the mentee's academic career and is administered via the mentee's institute according to institutional accounting procedures. Formal agreements and appropriate documentation are part of the support process.
