What the program offers
GROW@Goethe is the mentoring programme of Goethe University Frankfurt that brings students from their third semester onward together with mentors from a range of professional fields for several months. The aim is to address individual questions about study and career orientation as well as personal development.

- Decisions during studies – guidance on study pathways and academic specialisation
- Internships and jobs – insights into professional fields and strategies for internships
- Application documents and interviews – preparation and feedback
- Self-confidence and personal development – strengthening professional and personal skills
- Perspectives for further education – information on continuing qualifications
Format and organization
Mentors come from various professional backgrounds and support students over a multi-month period. The programme is coordinated by the Career Service of Goethe University. In the fifth cohort, 340 students and around 230 mentors took part, reflecting the programme's reach and interdisciplinary exchange.
For students: GROW@Goethe is suitable for those seeking orientation in their studies and when entering the labour market, as well as for those who value concrete support with application processes and personal development.
