It has worked since 1996 on cultural change and leadership across business, politics and academia, combining research with practical organizational and people development.
Corporate mentoring services
EAF Berlin designs and delivers mentoring programs for emerging leaders. Its strategic mentoring approach links people development with organizational development and is particularly relevant in change contexts. Organizations can commission services including:

A publicly documented example is “Karriere mit Kind” at Deutsche Telekom AG. The program was developed by EAF and has been running there since 2012.
