X3Y-Mentoring GmbH / CrossMentoring OWL
Operator of one of Germany's largest regional cross-company mentoring networks with more than 200 participating organizations. Since 2025, X3Y has also explicitly supported companies and organizations with internal mentoring programs.
Profile
CrossMentoring OWL is a mentoring network in East Westphalia-Lippe that has been developing since 2006. Since 2014, the program has been independently financed by partner companies. In 2025, X3Y-Mentoring GmbH was established as the organizational base and the offer was expanded to include support for internal mentoring programs in companies and organizations.
Corporate mentoring services
The established cross-company mentoring program connects talent with experienced leaders across company boundaries. The provider handles selection, matching, program coordination and accompanying development formats. The newer X3Y structure explicitly adds advisory and implementation support for internal programs.
The long-running program includes one-to-one mentoring, workshops, seminars, roundtables, networking events and alumni activities. Programs are evaluated regularly.
Experience and clients
The network includes more than 200 participating companies. By 2024, the website reported participation from 181 companies, 219 mentors and 446 mentees; the network has continued to grow since then.
Publicly listed partner organizations include Bertelsmann Stiftung, CLAAS, Commerzbank, EDEKA Minden-Hannover, Fraunhofer IEM, GOLDBECK, HARTING, Infineon Technologies, Melitta, Miele, NTT DATA Business Solutions, Siemens Healthineers and Schüco.
