ROCK YOUR LIFE! Academy grew out of a nonprofit mentoring organization founded in 2008; the Academy has worked specifically with companies since 2014. Today it operates as an education and consulting business in several European countries, combining mentoring with corporate training and development for young talent and vocational trainers.
In-house corporate mentoring
The Academy designs and implements custom internal mentoring programs. Its published process includes:
- needs analysis and consulting,
- selection and matching of mentors and mentees,
- company kick-off,
- mentor qualification on role, communication and tools,
- mentee workshops on goals, expectations and feedback,
- ongoing mentoring sessions,
- supervision and peer exchange for mentors,
- accompanying skills training,
- closing event and evaluation.
The Academy reports having reached more than 40,000 young people and supported over 200 companies.
