Mentorship Hub – Anglo-American University
A flexible Anglo-American University mentoring hub connecting students and recent graduates with experienced alumni and community members for individual professional guidance.
Who is it for?
Anglo-American University students and graduates seeking professional development advice
Flexible access to alumni and professionals
The Anglo-American University Mentorship Hub connects students and recent graduates with experienced alumni and other members of the AAU community. Its purpose is to provide practical perspective that cannot be learned only in a classroom and to let mentees speak with people who have already faced similar career choices.
No fixed commitment
The hub does not impose one standard number of meetings or a mandatory relationship length. A participant can book a mentoring session according to current needs, making the model more flexible than a traditional multi-month cohort programme.
Who can participate
- Any AAU student or graduate seeking professional development advice can be a mentee.
- Any AAU alumnus or community member with relevant professional experience can volunteer as a mentor.
- Mentoring is individual, with topics shaped by the mentor’s field and the mentee’s needs.
