Long-running support for hospice leadership
Fórum mobilních hospiců works with ČSOB to offer mentoring to leaders of organisations providing mobile hospice care. The programme has operated since 2021 and transfers mentors’ experience into areas relevant to managing nonprofit health and social-care organisations.
Programme scale
- Fórum reports that about seventeen hospices apply in an average year.
- Around twenty mentees receive support each year.
- In 2026, 23 mentors took part.
Practical themes
Current programme communication describes participants working on team leadership, communication and presenting sensitive topics. The model gives hospice leaders an opportunity to discuss concrete management situations with an experienced person from outside their own organisation.
