LEAN IN TALENT is delivered by Škoda Auto University together with Business Leaders Forum. It focuses on female students and gives them access to experienced women mentors from practice, inspiration and relationships that can support future professional development.

Current edition

The third edition started in September 2026. The organiser plans multiple meetings and development activities throughout the cycle, with mentoring from professional practice as one of the central components.
