Developing women through multiple mentors

Empowering Women Mentoring uses a format in which participants meet several experienced female managers across a series of sessions. The ninth edition is aimed at women who have recently entered a management role or are preparing to move into leadership.

How the 2026/27 edition works

• The programme is spread across several meetings from autumn into the beginning of the following year.
• Sessions use speed mentoring, allowing participants to benefit from the perspectives of multiple mentors.
• The organiser publishes host companies, a mentor group and a limited participant capacity.

Access

Participation prices are published both for BPW members and non-members. The programme is therefore not limited to employees of a single company or only to the organisation’s membership base.
