Recruitment Association offers a two-month mentoring programme for people who want to develop further in recruitment. It is available both to association members and to non-members and is based on direct work with a selected experienced recruitment professional.
Topics participants can address
- sourcing and candidate work,
- interviews and client communication,
- recruitment metrics and process design,
- specific work situations when entering recruitment, changing roles or developing professionally.
Practical format
Meetings can take place online or in person by agreement. Separate participation prices are published for members and non-members, so joining the mentoring offer does not require association membership.
