What we offer

Career Centre UP supports the personal and professional development of students and graduates of Palacký University. The centre provides guidance and accompaniment in finding a career path, offering individual consultations, coaching and psychological or psychotherapeutic counselling.

Main forms of support

Individual counselling – career consultations and coaching tailored to the needs of the student or graduate.
Psychological counselling – support for mental health related to professional development and workplace challenges.
Workshops and elective courses – topics such as well-being, mindfulness, work-related skills or internship preparation.
Programs and events – for example Career Day, DigiUP, Leadership Matters!, student clubs and competitions, and the Talentovaný Palacký programme.
Special and paid services – supplementary services offered by the centre as part of a broader support portfolio.

Who the centre is for

The centre is primarily intended for students and graduates of Palacký University, but its services are also designed to be useful for employers and university staff seeking cooperation or support in talent development.

How the centre operates

Support is provided through individual consultations, workshops, lectures and themed programmes. Some services are provided by prior arrangement; the centre also coordinates the range of counselling services across the university and runs student and volunteer initiatives.
