What it is

Talentium® Verification Software is a software layer that transforms traditional, unstructured professional references into structured verification outputs intended to support high-trust hiring decisions. It is designed for contexts where consistency, traceability and contextual relevance of reference signals matter most.

How it works

The platform applies multi-layer validation to reference material rather than generating more raw information: it evaluates the identity and credibility of reference sources, validates the relationship context between source and candidate, and assesses whether the source had relevant exposure to the candidate's actual work performance. The detailed methodology is maintained internally and operates in a controlled pilot mode.

Key verification components

Identity verification — checks professional existence and contextual credibility of the reference source.
Relationship context — differentiates managers, technical leaders, peers and indirect contacts and weights them accordingly.
Role relevance — assesses whether the referrer had direct exposure to the candidate's operational or technical work.
