The Career Centre of the Czech Technical University in Prague offers a mentoring program that links students with professionals and companies. As part of the collaboration, the mentee visits the mentor's company, observes daily work, attends meetings, and may get involved in real projects.
Format and content of the collaboration
The form of mentoring is determined by agreement between the student and the mentor – it can involve regular visits over several months or an intensive placement lasting days to weeks. The time frame and specific activities are not fixed in advance and are adapted to the needs of both parties.
