About the association

The Czech Association of Mentoring in Education (ČAMV) has supported the development of mentoring in both theory and practice since 2013. It views mentoring as a useful tool for improving the quality of education and as a means for the professional and personal development of educators.

Who it's for

The program is aimed at teaching staff, current mentors, and those who want to develop professionally in the field of mentoring. The association also supports schools and educational institutions that are implementing internal mentoring practices.

Main activities

Certification system for mentors in education.
Directory of mentors organized by region to facilitate professional cooperation.
Support for schools in carrying out projects and educational activities focused on mentoring and coaching.
Training and sharing through conferences, seminars, and workshops for professionals and the wider public.
Publications and research – sharing findings, recommendations, and professional materials.
Implementation of projects that develop educators' competencies (for example, a project focused on personal-social development and preparation for internal mentoring and trainer roles).
