About the program

NGO Excellence is an intensive three-month accelerator for nonprofit organizations that want to achieve concrete results in management, communication, fundraising or HR processes. The program combines regular individual mentoring, joint workshops and expert consultations to support sustainable change within the organization.

What the program includes

Mentoring: regular meetings with a lead mentor according to the organisation's needs, with the option to draw up to 30 hours of mentoring and one-off consultations with other experts;
Joint workshops & sharing: two connected workshops focused on building a learning organisation culture, sharing experiences and peer consultations between organisations;
Checkpoints: regular online progress reviews with an evaluation panel and the lead mentor, aimed at verifying progress and recommending next steps.

Who the program is for

The program is intended for organisations of any focus, size or age that enter with a clearly defined vision of change and achievable goals. Active involvement of the team (at least two people) and occasional engagement from the organisation's leadership are essential.
