Femme Palette
A platform with more than 1,000 mentors that delivers structured six-month corporate mentoring programmes, including matching, mentee preparation, reporting, and progress measurement.
Profile
Femme Palette runs a large mentor community and development programmes for individuals and companies. It launched its mentoring programme in 2019 and reported passing 1,000 matched mentees by the end of 2022. Its current corporate page states that the network includes more than 1,000 mentors, with roughly half based in the Czech Republic and able to provide mentoring in Czech.
Corporate mentoring
For groups of more than five participants, Femme Palette offers a structured six-month Workplace Mentoring Program. It manages the programme operations end to end: participant onboarding, SMART goal definition, mentor selection and matching, ongoing support, feedback collection, and reporting to the corporate client.
A typical programme includes up to 12 hours of 1:1 mentoring, a “How to be a good mentee” workshop, access to a mentoring platform and client dashboard, progress tracking, and optional workshops or professional coaching. Femme Palette also describes a selective mentor admission process and ongoing mentor education. Corporate mentoring programme.

Other services
Beyond mentoring, the organisation provides leadership programmes, workshops, coaching add-ons, community and networking activities, and other career-development formats. A key differentiator for corporate buyers is its ability to operate an external mentoring programme with matching and reporting without requiring the client to build its own mentor network.
