Česká asociace mentoringu (ČAM)
A Czech specialist focused directly on implementing internal mentoring, training mentors and mentees, and providing methodological support for corporate mentoring processes.
Profile
The Czech Mentoring Association (ČAM) focuses on improving mentoring quality in the Czech Republic, standardising processes, and developing professional mentoring practice. Its methodology draws on guidelines created through a joint European initiative of the ICF and EMCC professional bodies. The association was established by Centrum dohody, which also acts as a quality guarantor and provides mentor certification.
Corporate mentoring
ČAM is one of the most directly relevant providers for organisations seeking to build an internal mentoring programme. It offers end-to-end consulting support: helping clients create an implementation plan, define the sequence of activities, set criteria for monitoring and evaluating the programme, and prepare future mentors and mentees.
Its offer also includes:
- group mentor training leading to ČAM certification,
- corporate mentoring training without certification,
- follow-up supervision and consultations for active mentors,
- support in standardising an existing mentoring practice.
The certified group programme usually runs for about three months and combines three sessions, online supervision, and final certification. Corporate mentoring services.
Experience and clients
On its official reference page, ČAM lists long-term cooperation with Czech and multinational organisations. Published references include ČEZ, ČSOB, O2 Czech Republic, Raiffeisenbank, Škoda Auto, Česká spořitelna, ABB, NET4GAS, Kofola, Nutricia and Europ Assistance. The association also reports growing corporate demand for consulting on the process of introducing mentoring. ČAM references.
Standards and other services
ČAM operates its own mentor certification and bases its methodology on European ICF and EMCC guidelines; this should not be interpreted as confirmation that individual team members hold ICF or EMCC credentials. Beyond corporate programmes, it provides individual mentor training, consultations for mentors, specialised mentoring formats, and a professional community for certified mentors.
