Modul University Vienna provides a coordinated mentoring and peer support framework to help students navigate academic challenges, settle into campus life and develop professionally while studying in Vienna.

Peer and academic support

Tutoring Program – peer-led tutoring to reinforce subject knowledge and prepare for exams.
Buddy Program – matching with experienced Modul students to assist with orientation, campus life and informal advice.
Program Manager check-ins – semesterly academic guidance and referral to appropriate resources when needed.

Career and professional development

Career Development Services support internships and job seeking with practical help such as CV and cover letter feedback and application advice.

Wellbeing, inclusion and counselling

Open Office – advisory support for academic performance, special needs accommodations, supervisor or course issues, and work–study balance.
Inclusion, Diversity and Equity Committee – initiatives to foster a diverse, equitable and inclusive campus environment.
