How mentoring works

The programme runs on an online mentoring platform where mentees can search for mentors and agree on goals and meeting structure. Mentorships are planned with clear focus points for meetings to keep discussions practical and goal‑oriented.

Support and quality

The programme is supported by a coordinator who accompanies participants through the mentoring process and helps grow the mentoring community, and by a programme coach who assists with drafting mentorship agreements, setting goals and advising mentors on how to support their mentees effectively.
