Program overview

Mentoring4U is a structured mentoring offering from the WU Executive Academy that pairs high‑potential students from MBA, LL.M. and MSc(CE) programs with experienced members of the Executive Club community. The aim is a personal, career‑focused exchange that supports knowledge transfer, career orientation and the development of concrete skills.

How the program works

Personal support: Mentoring takes place in one‑to‑one relationships and is organized as regular meetings, making it more binding than pure networking.
Mutual benefit: Mentoring is seen as a two‑way learning process — both mentees and mentors benefit and contribute their experience.
Result‑oriented: Collaboration is guided by clear goals and includes at least four meetings during the program.

Structure and content

The program recommends a common structure to guide the mentoring process without replacing individual arrangements:

Milestone 1: Getting to know each other and agreeing the framework (goals, expectations, meeting frequency)
Milestone 2: Defining direction (career and personal orientation)
Milestone 3: Focusing on a core competency or a central goal
Milestone 4: Closing, reflection and feedback
