What is alma Mentoring?

alma is the mentoring programme of the University of Vienna, bringing students together with alumni and other experienced professionals. The aim is to support the transition from study to working life and to assist with career orientation and planning.

Offer and structure

The programme arranges mentor–mentee relationships and complements them with community and networking opportunities. Participants can take part in events and exchange formats that promote knowledge transfer between university and practice.
